About Hainan's Solar Salt
Hainan Island is endowed with fresh air, sufficient sunshine and unpolluted seawater. Hainan's solar salt (hereinafter called Hainan Salt) is just made from such high quality seawater. It contains 68 kinds of trace elements, and has some special uses apart from common ones.

  • Hainan Salt has a higher content of strontium, which may increase its infiltrability, so the food braised with Hainan Salt has a thorough taste and seductive color.

  • For medicinal use
  • Faucitis patients may use Hainan Salt (especially old sea salt) to gargle the throat, for it has the functions of reducing inflammation and relieving pains. (Old sea salt is the sea salt preserved for more than 30 years, it is specially effective in reducing inflammation).
  • Trachoma patients and conjunctivitis patients may use Hainan Salt to wash eyes in the morning, for it can cure the diseases and improving eyesight.
  • Patients suffering from bee, scorpion and centipede bites may wash the affected part with Hainan Salt to relieve pains, reduce inflammation and expell poison.
  • A cup of Hainan Salt water after getting up in the morning may help to reduce liver heat, relax bowels and promote metabolism of the body.
  • In summer, people sweet a lot. Hainan Salt water may supply the body with necessary salt, quench thirst, clean gastric mucosa, cool blood and diminish inflammation.
  • Hot compressing the joint with stir-fried stupe-packed Hainan Salt may treat rheumatoid arthritis.

  • Hainan Salt is enriched with mineral substances. Using it for bath will have a good healthcare effect, for it may sterilize and clear the body entirely. It is portable solid seawater.
  • Using Hainan Salt for beauty is both economical and practical. After washing face in the morning and at night, put a spoonful of Hainan Salt onto palm, add 3-5 drops of water, stir evenly with fingers, then apply the salt water onto the face from forehead down, massage gently. Wait for several minutes until the salt water dries and turns into white, then rinse off with water, then apply some nutrient lotion onto the face. One week after, the face will appear tenderer, fairer and brighter.
  • Using Hainan Salt for massage may astringe and smooth the skin.
  • Applying Hainan Salt on waist and lower abdomen may relieve lumbago and physiological pains.

  • Remove grease Putting Hainan Salt onto sponge to wash tableware may make it easier to remove the grease on tableware.
